Yes, any time. You are in control of where and how your data is saved. Using any Apricot Computers product, you also need to select which cloud provider you want to store your information. These providers can include Dropbox, Amazon, Rackspace, Google, and others.

We try to be very flexible to support malfunctions or issues with manufactured items. The warranty is typically 1 year. We do encourage that you fully inspect your items bought as soon as it arrives to ensure there’s no problems. In the event that your item has to be returned we request that you message us to begin the RMA process.

Yes, Internet is definitely needed when you use any Apricot Computers netbook, mobile device, or system. We advise that you also use Apricot Computers add-ons only. Compatibility is super important and we have fully inspected our other product lines to make sure every device can talk to each other well.

You need to use a web application that’s suited for that particular file. You will be able to easily find these web applications in the Apricot O/S. You will not be able to use Microsoft or Apple to open Apricot Computers web application software. Unless you use a browser that can open the web application. There isn’t any software installed on other operating systems that will allow you a direct edit, open, or mnodifications.

Yes, we do not charge to use the Apricot O/S. We do have enterprise level web desktops for more in-depth industrial or business use. Please contact us at support@apricotcomputers.live for more information.

We sell technical support for various levels of Apricot O/S support. You may need more help and we can assist you with that. Depending on your situation we provide a low cost basic service for a few minutes to hours worth of care. If you need more intricate assistance you can also pay for the enterprise level of care.
